1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Snapflow ("the Service"), operated by Snapflow ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Snapflow is a platform that automates the capture, management, and distribution of product screenshots. The Service includes the web application, APIs, and all related tools and documentation.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on the plan you select.
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions will be honored until the end of the current billing period.
- Payment processing is handled by Stripe. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
- Use the Service to capture, store, or distribute content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written consent.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is owned by Snapflow and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your content and data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.
7. Your Content
You are solely responsible for the content you capture, store, and distribute through the Service. You represent that you have all necessary rights and permissions to use the URLs, applications, and data you connect to Snapflow.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snapflow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will make your data available for export for 30 days after termination.
11. Changes to Terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
